Many, if not most of our clients are in the ICT industry. We've devised a number of innovative costing plans to better integrate with our clients needs:
Where possible we will attempt to work to a fixed fee - particularly where a defined deliverable (such as a contract) is required. This takes the pressure off you, and allows us to clarify anything we need to without adding to cost. As a law firm we require written instructions (ie an email) before completing work which forces us to clearly define the scope before incurring costs.
Early legal advice can often prevent problems. We know you have enough problems managing scope creep and keeping deliverables to budget, so why only consider legal advice once Bad Things happen? The earlier you can define your new business with relevant legal compliance, the less changes and costs are required down the track. Keep us informed of what you plan to do and we can provide advice when it is needed.
